Abrasive Wheels

The purpose of this course is to ensure that delegates know how to select, fit and use abrasive wheels and discs and to ensure that the training meets the statutory requirements of The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 and Section 2 (2c) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

CIEH Level 2 Health & Safety

A refresher course for employees who have attended either the 3 Day First Aid at Work Course or the Emergency First Aid at Work Course only.

First Aid at Work

We have now adopted the HSE’s new format 3-day First Aid at Work course, which comes into effect on 1st October 2009. This course can only be offered by HSE approved training organisations such as Milne Marketing Ltd and is designed for the larger or higher risk business.

First Aid at Work

Emergency First Aid at Work is a new 1-day course which is being introduced on 1st October 2009. This course can only be offered by HSE approved training organisations such as Milne Marketing Ltd and is designed for small to medium sized businesses, or those with a slightly lower element of risk.

First Aid at Work Requalification

For employees who need to renew a valid First Aid at Work Certificate to comply with HSE requirements.

Fork lift Assessment & Test

Suitable for experienced operators who drive forklifts on a regular basis, to ensure the procedures are still acceptable and their operating is meeting the requirements of the Approved Code of Practice (HSG6).

Fork Lift Conversion

This course is suitable for persons who have been trained and certificated on one type of truck and require certification on another type, ie, Counterbalanced Forklift to Sideloader.

Fork lift Instructor Re-registration

A fork lift instructor re-registration is mandatory after 5 years of completing the original instructor course.

Fork lift Novice

On completion of this course delegates will receive certification to recognised standards for operating a fork lift vehicle.

Fork Lift Refresher

This course is suitable for operators with limited experience, who do not drive forklifts on a regular basis to obtain recertification, usually every three to five years and keep their standard of competence up to the required level.

Delegates must have:

1    Minimum 1 years forklift experience.
2    Certificate of basic training.

6    Completed booking form with necessary documentation.

IOSH Directing Safely

This course will enable executives to review policy and strategies and where necessary introduce changes to enhance the safety culture within their organisation.

IOSH Managing Safely

Following the IOSH syllabus, this four or five day course ending with an examination and assessment is an introduction to health and safety based on nationally recognised standards.
